The home is in a very quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Absolutely no parties or loud music. No smoking or vaping indoors. Additional visitors over the number of guests on the booking must be approved in advance of your stay. Only guests on the booking may stay overnight. There is room for 4 vehicles in the driveways. No parking allowed on the street. For the pool, there is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. No one under 16 allowed in pool area without adult supervision.
